Due to the Covid -19 virus all CECU lobbies are closed to foot traffic. At the Main Office, all transactions must be done through the Drive Thru. The Branches will be serving members one at a time at the door. If you need to apply for a loan or make a change to your account, you need to call first to set up an appointment. If you are struggling to make your CECU debt payments due to a loss of income caused by this virus, CECU is in the process of implementing additional Skip a Payment at no charge and Salary Advance loans at no charge among other solutions.To skip a payment on Visa credit, simply call the number on the back of your card. Be aware that interest does continue to accrue on a skipped payment. Please call for additional information. At his time, CECU is not opening new accounts or doing Shared Branching transactions.
